BRAISED COUNTRY-STYLE PORK RIBS

Preheat oven to 400°. Trim fat off of pork and cut into small chunks, 2-3 inches. Combine pork, broth, garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper in ovenproof pan with lid. Cover tightly and bake for 1 ½ hour.

Remove meat from sauce. Boil sauce for about 5 minutes, and add mixture of 1 T of water and ½ T of cornstarch to thicken. Return meat to sauce, stir, and serve over egg noodles.
