MAHI MAHI on the GRILL

- 4 6-ounce Mahi Mahi fillets
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup sake
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients in a freezer bag. Marinade fillets for 30 minutes. Remove the Mahi Mahi and discard the marinade. Spray both sides with olive oil. Grill over direct high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Serve with rice.
